Jeff Cohen

Founder

 

Mr. Cohen is a Founder of Cynergy Telecom and past President and Chief Operations Officer of Total Network Services, Inc. His many successes as a telecommunications industry veteran include the development, launch and management of a highly successful lead generation call center which serviced Fortune 500 brokerage houses. Mr. Cohen led a record breaking national sales organization as Director of Corporate Sales for one of the country's largest long distance resellers. He also founded Total Network Services Inc., a telecommunications consulting company that grew at an astounding 20%+ per year and managed over $35 million in client billing annually.

 

Mr. Cohen is a recognized expert in the design, implementation and ongoing monitoring of complex communications systems. He offers Cynergy Telecom’s clients more than 20 years of industry perspective and experience with the proper management of next generation telephony systems and technologies with a dedicated focus on decreasing costs and improving network performance. Mr. Cohen has served on the Cable & Wireless USA Advisory board, the Bell Canada board, the BellSouth Steering Committee and was recently appointed to AT&T’s National Solution Providers advisory council.

 

Michael Emanuelo

Founder

 

Mike Emanuelo is also a Founder of Cynergy Telecom. An industry sales veteran, with more than 20 years of front-line experience in executive and senior sales positions with Intermedia Communications, Sprint, Worldcom, Cbeyond Communications and most recently, Reignmaker Communications.

 

Mr. Emanuelo has been recognized as a visionary leader known for his ability to develop highly successful start-up operations, build/motivate high-performing sales teams, generate incremental sales growth, and expand market share. He has an exceptional history of managing all the facets of client communications including LAN/WAN networking, data/voice connectivity, VoIP, telecommunication system design and installation and wireless communication applications. Mr. Emanuelo is responsible for the growth and success of the Cynergy Telecom sales organization and agent network as well as the design and implementation of employee training, development and retention strategies.
